Project Description : At the end of 2012, the management committee of Nanchong Chemical Industrial Park and the major investment enterprises in the park, including China National Chemical Engineering Corporation, PetroChina, China Shengda Group, etc., held an international tender for the park's public sewage treatment plant BOT project, World-renowned water companies participated in the project competition.
In March 2013, we won the bid for the BOT project of Nanchong Chemical Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project's effluent and reuse requirements are strict. The sewage treatment company directly receives the high-concentration sewage without pretreatment from the production line of the chemical production enterprise. After the anaerobic, aerobic and advanced treatment units, it enters the recycling unit to recover 60% of the sewage as the company's circulating make-up water. The concentrated brine discharged from the reuse unit is then subjected to advanced oxidation and advanced treatment to meet the Grade A standard in the "Emission Standard for Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). The project has high technical difficulty, complex treatment process, and strict requirements on operation and management. It applies the world's most advanced sewage treatment technology and is the world's first sewage treatment plant that treats PTA wastewater to Class A standards.
