Project Description : The Xi'an Nanjiao Water Plant Project is a key construction project in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City. It is located in the southern suburbs of Xi'an City. It covers an area of 13.8 hectares and has a green area of more than half of the water plant. It is a modern garden-style water plant. The raw water of the water plant comes from the Heihe Water Diversion Project, which has been in operation since 2001 and provides high-quality drinking water for residents in Xi’an.

In December 2003, due to the central government's unified cancellation of the fixed return project, the equity of the project was repurchased by the Xi'an Municipal Government.
